The Parkview Apartments are conveniently located on the corner of Pine and Rush Streets just two block west of the Harrison Square.
Gerrit and Evonne Rozeboom purchased this eight unit facility in 2008 and have been in the process of upgrading and remodeling each unit as time permits.
Our goal is to provide a quiet cozy Apartment community at a reasonable rate.
We have increased the sound deadening, added washer and dryers, replaced the older appliances, replaced many of the paneled walls with drywalling, installed Comfort Cove Heat, installed new floor coverings, and painted among other things.
All units have two bedrooms, one bath, a kitchen, a living room and four closets for plenty of storage area. We provide free wireless Internet and Dish Network.
No animals are allowed in the building and No smoking in the building.
